ENJOY LONGER, MORE SATISFYING SEX
Premature ejaculation is a problem most men are reluctant to talk about. However, studies show that about one in every three men between the ages of 18 and 59 have issues with PE. In fact, it is a very common type of sexual dysfunction and can cause stress and relationship problems. If you notice a repeated problem with premature ejaculation, you should discuss it openly and honestly with your doctor.
This issue can result from biological or psychological issues – or both. Stress, hormone levels, and inflammation of the prostate may all contribute to the problem of premature ejaculation.
The good news is that there are a variety of ways to treat premature ejaculation. This includes topical and oral medications as well as techniques to help delay ejaculation. At NIVA Men's Health, we have successfully treated premature ejaculation and restored satisfactory sexual relations for many men.

What Is Premature Ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation (PE) is a form of sexual dysfunction that occurs when you ejaculate sooner during intercourse than you or your partner would like. It may be a part of erectile dysfunction but is considered a separate condition.
Rather than sustaining an erection for the average length of time before orgasm, men suffering from premature ejaculation may orgasm prior to intercourse or a minute or two after starting. As a result, sexual intimacy can be a source of stress, anxiety, depression, or unhappiness for both the man and his partner.
What Causes Premature Ejaculation?
PE is often the result of psychological factors, but biology can also play a significant role. In fact, most men have more than a single cause for their condition. These may include:
- A fear of intimacy
- Underlying medical conditions, such as diabetes, abnormal hormone levels, inflammation, or infection of the prostate or urethra
- Mental health factors, such as depression, performance anxiety, or lack of confidence
- Abnormal levels of brain chemicals called neurotransmitters
- Life problems, such as stress at work or relationship issues
- Inherited traits
One thing is for sure – PE is NOT a normal part of aging. Experiencing issues with sexual stamina, the inability to complete sexual intercourse, or ejaculating with little or no sexual stimulation at any age is not typical. If you are experiencing such issues, you should speak with one of the doctors at NIVA Men's Health, where effective treatment for PE is available.
Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?
No matter the cause, PE is a treatable condition for most men. Help is available for those with premature ejaculation issues, so the sooner you seek medical advice, the sooner you can enjoy a more satisfying sex life.
"I attended an educational workshop with my husband and it was a fantastic experience.I went into this thinking I couldn't afford the treatment but I learned otherwise at the seminar and the consultation that the cost of losing out on quality of life far exceeds paying for this service."
