Did you know that 40% of guys over the age of forty have some variation of erectile dysfunction? Do you fit into this category and it has you wondering if something is wrong with you?
There are some obvious medical symptoms to be aware of, but there are symptoms you might not have on your radar. We are going to talk about a few symptoms you may experience with erectile dysfunction (ED). The most noticeable and well-known sign of ED is the inability to get or sustain an erection. Some men do not have difficulty getting hard, but not hard enough for penetration. There are those that may lose an erection in certain sexual positions. For example, if the guy is on the bottom and the blood flows out of the penis due to a weak Buck fascia then the erection will subside. Buck’s fascia is a layer of deep fascia covering the three erectile bodies of the penis (fascia is connective tissue). Another common symptom of erectile dysfunction is when a man is unable to ‘finish’ or climax during sex. Oftentimes, when a man is presenting with these symptoms of erectile dysfunction this leads to shying away from sex or intimacy. Performance issues in the bedroom often creates performance anxiety, which also contributes to refraining from sex or intimacy. Another result of erectile dysfunction includes reports of feeling humiliated and embarrassed when they can’t satisfy their partner sexually as a result of their erectile dysfunction.
You can detect coronary disease if people can’t get an erection. Depression is a big one.
Erectile dysfunction affects both parties involved in intimate relationships. The emotional fallout from erectile dysfunction has lasting impacts on everyone in a relationship. You do not have to continue to suffer from erectile dysfunction symptoms. Erectile dysfunction does not need to have a firm grip on happiness in your life. There are options for addressing the root cause of erectile dysfunction without feeling shame.
If you’re asking yourself, “Should I be taking an over-the-counter sexual enhancement pill or should I seek another approach?”. We are here to tell you that there IS another way. We feel strongly against utilizing pharmacological intervention to address erectile dysfunction. There are unwanted side effects when you opt-in to take a pill. These are named ‘side effects’ for a reason. Some of those additional implications from pills include severe headaches, congestion, systemic blood pressure issues. The list could go on-and-on. Drugs and pill intervention are temporary solutions to a long-term problem. If you rely on a pill to improve sexual performance then you will be constantly requiring that method of intervention. Pills are temporary. They provide temporary relief (sometimes) for a long-term issue. Pills are there to mask the symptoms. The symptom, in this case, being ED. Taking a pill for ED can be compared to putting a piece of black electrical tape over the ‘check engine’ light when it pops up in your car. You can ignore that blinking light all you want, but until you address it by taking it in for maintenance it will not go away.
In addition to pills, there are other treatment approaches that are expensive, invasive, and painful. Intracavernous injection of vasoactive drugs is a treatment option recommended for those suffering from organic impotence. It is less effective in the older age group as compared to younger. They’re painful, invasive. You have to complete this injection every time you want to have sexual intercourse. This can lead to fibrous tissue forming in the caverns over time which would ultimately leave you completely unable to have an erection. There’s a vacuum you could use prior to sexual intercourse, but it takes a lot of set-up. Pump it up, put a band around the base. There’s a lot of prep work for this non-surgical intervention and it does not guarantee improved performance results. That’s a mechanical intervention.
This is what makes us stand apart from traditional medicinal approaches. What we do is we get to the root cause of your ED issue and fix the problems without drugs and without surgery. Doesn’t that make so much more sense?
If you do nothing it will continue to get worse. We expect great results in our clinic. We are able to help about 85% of people that walk into our office. To be totally transparent, we cannot help everyone that comes through our doors. Some guys wait too long and there is nothing we can do. They’ve simply waited too long and the damage done is irreversible. This non-surgical drug-free therapy is no longer an option for patients with profound erectile dysfunction. We address the root cause of the problem and because of that, we have an extremely high success rate. The multitude of guys that we make happy is huge. The number of wives we make happy is even bigger!
